1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or entering into any trade agreement with Quraysh Impex ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.

4. Quotations & Orders
All quotations are valid for the period stated therein (typically 7–14 days) unless otherwise specified. Orders are confirmed only upon acceptance of a proforma invoice or signed sales contract. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) apply per product as stated on product pages or in quotations.
5. Pricing & Payment Terms
Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations. Accepted payment methods include T/T (bank transfer), L/C (letter of credit), and negotiated part-advance terms for established partners. Prices exclude duties and taxes unless expressly included under the agreed Incoterms (FOB / CIF etc.).
6. Samples & Quality Assurance
Pre-shipment samples are available for quality evaluation; sample and courier charges may apply and can be adjusted against bulk orders. Final supply quality shall conform to the specifications agreed in the sales contract. Every shipment passes multi-stage inspection before dispatch.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines provided are estimates given in good faith. The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events including shipping line schedules, port congestion, customs procedures, weather, strikes, or government restrictions.
8. Export Documentation
Each shipment includes standard export documentation: Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate (where applicable), Fumigation Certificate, Bill of Lading, Packing List and Commercial Invoice, as per the agreed terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the Quraysh Impex name, logo, product images, and text — is the property of the Company and protected under applicable laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Company's liability for any claim shall be limited to the value of the goods supplied under the relevant contract. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of products or services.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vehari, Punjab.
12. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
