About Dental Instruments

We at Quraysh Impex manufacture premium grade dental instruments in our own production facility in Sialkot, Pakistan the world's surgical and dental instrument capital. Every instrument we produce is dedicated to dentistry: from extraction forceps and elevators to scalers, mirrors and pliers  each one forged, finished and inspected in-house by our craftsmen, with no middlemen between our factory floor and your clinic.

Our dental instruments are forged from German-grade stainless steel (AISI 410 / 420 / 430), with tungsten carbide inserts available on working surfaces where superior grip and longevity are required. Each piece is precision-machined, heat-treated and hand-finished for perfect alignment, smooth joint action and corrosion resistance — then individually inspected before leaving our facility. Manufacturing follows ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality systems, with CE marking available on request.

• Scalers & Curettes — universal and periodontal working ends
• Mirrors & Handles — front-surface, rhodium-coated for distortion-free reflection
• Probes & Explorers — shepherd's hook, WHO periodontal probes
• Pliers — utility, wire-bending and crown-removing patterns
• Tweezers & Spatulas — college tweezers and cement spatulas
• Syringes — aspiration syringes with matching needles

Quality & Packaging:
Each instrument is packed in individual protective pouches from our packaging line, with sterilization-ready packaging available on request. Export-standard cartons are sealed under supervision at our facility to ensure perfect condition on arrival.
