We at Quraysh Impex are direct manufacturers of premium grade general surgical instruments, operating our own production facility in Sialkot, Pakistan the city globally recognized as the surgical instrument capital of the world. Unlike traders or resellers, we design, forge, finish and export every instrument ourselves in our own manufacturing unit, giving us complete control over quality at every stage and allowing us to offer genuine factory-gate pricing without middlemen margins.

Our manufacturing facility combines decades of metalworking heritage with modern production standards. Every instrument is forged from German-grade stainless steel (AISI 410 / 420 / 430) on our own forging presses, then precision-machined, heat-treated and hand-finished by our in-house craftsmen  many of whom have spent over 20 years perfecting their craft. Each piece undergoes passivation, ultrasonic cleaning and individual inspection for alignment, sharpness, corrosion resistance and smooth functionality before leaving our factory floor. Our facility operates under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality management systems, with CE marking available on request.

Quality & Packaging:
Each instrument is packed in individual protective pouches directly from our packaging line, with sterilization-ready packaging available on request. Export-standard cartons are assembled at our facility and sealed under supervision to ensure every shipment arrives in perfect condition.
